Shipping method



Ecig/ Electronic cigarette products are shipped out every day by Poslaju, EMS from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Most orders placed on weekdays will be shipped that same day, while orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. Malaysia will be delivered within 1-2 days by Poslaju, while North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 2-3 days of the shipped date.

Guarantee policy

We offer the best Ecig/ Electronic cigarette with best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care before they are shipped out to you, so we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, if in case there is any defect for the electronic parts of the products within six month of your purchase after the normal use, we will replace the parts for you or fix the problem for you, but no including the other consumed parts, such as the cartridges.

Replacements under warranty will be made only once. During guarantee period, customers please send back the broken unit to us and we will send you a new one for replacement after we receive the broken unit.
